• Strong communication  and customer service skills.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience on similar positions.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Graduated from Primary and Secondary school.

• Workplace: city Varaždin, Zagreb, Split
• State: Croatia
• Duration of contract: long term contracts (12 - 24 months, according to client needs)
• Salary: 800 -900 EUR net - 40 hours a week, bonuses for work results;
• Working hours:  cca 174 - 185 hours monthly
• Overtime work:  up to 30 hours monthly, paid overtime hours as per law
• Transportation: paid for monthly ticket 
• Accomodation & meal: Provided accommodation & 1 meal
• Working hours: shift - 7 hours/6 days a week
• Mentoring processes during orientation period
• Optional - language training, before and during orientation period
