The Client Services Assistant, will assist with staffing the facility operating as one of the main points of contact for clients visiting Masters Manna. This position will involve greeting and assisting customers, answering the phone and responding to client questions, schedule appointments and other duties as needed. |
- Act as one of the main points of contact for clients
- Answer phone calls and inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Keep accurate records of client contacts
- Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to client services and information
- Other duties as needed
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Spanish language proficiency is beneficial, but not necessary
- Work Hours for this position will fall within 8am-3pm Wednesday, 8am-1pm Thursday and and/or Friday 9am-12pm.
