At Worldwide Clinical Trials, we're driven by a shared commitment to improving lives through high-quality clinical research. Our teams are empowered to think creatively, take ownership, and deliver meaningful work that helps bring life-changing therapies to patients around the world.

With more than 4,000 professionals across the globe, we foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued, growth is encouraged, and every contribution makes an impact. As a Program Clinical Data Manager, you’ll independently lead data management activities from study start-up through conduct and close-out, helping ensure high-quality delivery that meets sponsor expectations.

You’ll provide oversight across timelines, resources, budgets, risks, data cleaning, vendor reconciliation, and database lock activities while partnering with cross-functional teams and sponsors. You’ll also serve as a subject matter expert, helping strengthen data management processes, training, and quality across the department.

Beyond individual projects, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor colleagues, co-lead process improvement initiatives, support proposals and sponsor presentations, and contribute your expertise during audits and regulatory inspections.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in the US. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
