• $18.75/hour base plus $2.50-$3.50/hr. in tips

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food
• Follow detailed recipes for scratch kitchen
• Cook food, manage production & presentation of all food on the line
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
• Ensure the freshness and quality of food by tasting

Requirements:

• At least 16 years old
  
• Ability to adapt and follow instructions
• Ability to move freely around the kitchen
• Ability to lift loads of 25-50 pounds
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and more
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking and culinary arts a plus
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment
• High-level knife skills
• Strong attention to detail
