What you’ll do
The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil and structural construction activities to ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules.
The role responsibilities include:
· Supervise civil and structural construction activities at site.
· Monitor piling, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, underground works, roads, drainage and architectural works.
· Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
· Review construction procedures, method statements and inspection requirements.
· Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve site issues.
· Support inspections, walkdowns, punch listing, mechanical completion and project handover.
· Prepare construction progress reports and escalate key issues to project management.
What you’ll have
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
· Strong experience in civil and structural construction supervision.
· Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, chemical, power or other large industrial projects is preferred.
· Good knowledge of piling, concrete, foundations, structural steel and general civil works.
· Experience working in EPC, EPCM or PMC project environments is preferred.
· Ability to read drawings, specifications, method statements and inspection documents.
· Good understanding of construction safety and quality requirements.
· Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Able to communicate effectively in Thai for site coordination and client engagement. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
