Responsibilities

  • →Lead construction management activities for complex mining and multi-resource EPCM projects.
  • →Manage construction execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements.
  • →Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • →Oversee site construction activities and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and project standards.
  • →Manage construction interfaces, risks, changes, and technical issues.
  • →Monitor progress, productivity, resources, and contractor performance.
  • →Ensure effective coordination between engineering, construction, commissioning, and project management teams.
  • →Provide regular reporting on construction progress, risks, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Extensive construction management experience in mining and multi-resource projects.
  • Proven experience delivering complex EPCM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mining infrastructure, construction methods, and site execution.
  • Proven leadership and contractor management experience.
  • Strong HSE, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
