Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead construction activities for complex petrochemical and refining EPCM projects.
- →Manage construction execution in line with project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements.
- →Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- →Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and project standards.
- →Manage construction interfaces, risks, changes, and technical issues.
- →Monitor progress, productivity, resources, and contractor performance.
- →Coordinate construction activities with commissioning and project management teams.
- →Provide regular reporting on construction progress, risks, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Extensive construction management experience in petrochemical and refining projects.
- Proven experience delivering complex EPCM projects.
- Strong knowledge of refinery and petrochemical construction practices and site execution.
- Proven leadership and contractor management experience.
- Strong HSE, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
