What you’ll do
As a Field Engineer, you will provide field engineering and technical coordination support during construction and commissioning, working closely with engineering disciplines, construction teams and contractors to support safe and effective project delivery.
The role responsibilities include:
· Provide field engineering and technical support during construction activities.
· Coordinate engineering and construction interfaces across relevant disciplines.
· Review drawings, technical documents and site-related engineering requirements.
· Support resolution of technical and construction issues at site.
· Coordinate field modifications and construction activities with relevant engineering disciplines.
· Support construction, tie-in, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
· Assist in monitoring site activities for compliance with project requirements, specifications and applicable standards.
The project includes construction and installation activities across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines, including modifications and tie-ins within an existing operating plant.
What you’ll have
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
· Field or site engineering experience within Oil & Gas, Gas Processing, Refinery or Petrochemical projects.
· Experience supporting construction and coordinating engineering activities at site.
· Experience working across mechanical, piping, civil and E&I interfaces would be an advantage.
· Brownfield, operating plant, shutdown or tie-in experience is preferred.
· Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to work at the project site in Southern Thailand.
· Able to communicate effectively in Thai for site coordination and client engagement. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
