Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain software solutions while following established development practices. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following software development best practices, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, and development workflows. Assist in designing and implementing software features, improvements, and technical solutions. Support the integration and use of AI technologies, automation tools, or AI-powered features within development processes. Collaborate with team members to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions. Participate in debugging, testing, and code improvement processes. Research and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies that can improve development workflows. Document technical processes and contribute ideas to optimize software development practices. Continuously learn and apply new programming concepts and industry trends. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in software development, programming, or related technical roles. Experience working with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar. Basic to intermediate understanding of software development principles and coding practices. Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, AI tools, automation, or related technologies. Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute to software solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to continue learning and developing technical abilities. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Ability to work independently while receiving guidance and feedback from more experienced team members. Qualifications Hands-on experience developing software applications, technical projects, or coding solutions. Experience building personal, academic, freelance, or professional development projects. Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control practices. Exposure to AI applications, machine learning concepts, automation, or emerging technologies. Familiarity with APIs, databases, or cloud-based technologies is a plus. Experience using AI tools to support coding, research, debugging, or productivity is a plus.
