Execute end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding for staff and healthcare providers across all internal systems, distribution groups, calendars, and portals. Document system configurations, technical procedures, integrations, and recovery workflows so that operational continuity never depends on a single individual. Working proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website hosting or domain troubleshooting (such as GoDaddy). Proven experience managing user access, account security, staff onboarding and offboarding, and cybersecurity practices including MFA, phishing prevention, data security, and backups. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, organization, technical documentation, system integrations, workflow automation, and AI tools. High level of spoken and written English communication skills. A reliable technical setup and a dedicated schedule with no competing work commitments. Qualifications Prior healthcare industry experience, including familiarity with HIPAA compliance and troubleshooting EHR/EMR platforms (with eClinicalWorks and Doxy experience considered ideal). Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a high degree of transparency and accountability. Benefits Benefits Full-time dedication. 100% remote work environment. Opportunity to manage diverse technologies and drive operational improvements within an expanding multi-location healthcare practice.
