About the Role
~1 min readAs a Manager, you are accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our marketing and advertising executions and for delivering quantifiable insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at MFG.
You will be partnering with your Analytics counterparts and cross-discipline team members across the United States and Bogotá, helping to create continuity among the various teams.
- Everything with marketing data (collection, cleaning, analysis, and validation)
- Communicate advertising campaign insights generated by our analysis and share communication best practices internally
- Seek knowledge of other practices in order to understand how to tailor insights and recommendations towards actionability
- Support the wider Analytics team in implementing our measurement tools
- Partner with members from other disciplines, including Planning, Investment, Activation, etc.
- Transform complex data into actionable presentations
- Proactively identify and resolve program & project issues, escalating appropriately
- Stay up to date on our product offerings and how they affect analytics
- Managing vendor and client communications
- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier college, 3.0 GPA or equivalent. Degree within Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience
- At least C1 English language proficiency or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience working in a marketing analytics-based role, preferably in a media agency or media research company
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace a bonus)
- Exposure to the measurement of both Brand and Direct Response marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Highly organized and efficient under pressure
- Natural affinity for numbers/data and a passion for playing with data in order to solve problems
- Experience and knowledge of core ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CM360, etc.
- Experience with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) a plus
- Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python a plus
