  • Take the lead on managing the Search account for one of the world's most iconic brands, Nike, with a laser focus on driving performance and ROI.
  • Be at the forefront of media innovation, activating truly exciting, ground-breaking, and first-to-market campaigns.
  • Dive into the day-to-day of best-in-class campaign activation, from implementation and optimisation to reporting across Search Ads and Shopping.
  • Become a vital part of an expanding, tight-knit team that operates as a true extension of the Nike Marketing family.
  • Collaborate with a "killer team" known for its incredible passion and long tenure, proving it's a place people genuinely love to work.

Requirements

You will thrive in this role if you are a results-driven performance marketer with a love for innovation and a genuine passion for sport and culture. We’re also looking for;

  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and an obsession with delivering results through paid search platforms like Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven experience in performance-focused SEM, with a knack for going beyond standard brand campaigns to drive real commercial success.
  • You're a detail-oriented, data-driven dynamo who loves problem-solving and can clearly articulate what’s working and why.
  • An enthusiastic and collaborative spirit, ready to contribute your ideas and thrive within a supportive, high-energy team culture.
  • You're inquisitive, proactive, and eager to take ownership, constantly learning to stay ahead in the fast-paced digital landscape.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
