- Assist in planning and executing comprehensive digital media strategies across various channels to meet client objectives.
- Forecast and implement ad serving and brand safety to ensure effective campaign performance and protecting brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, client service) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
- Analyze performance data, track campaign metrics, and offer data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive campaign performance reports and use historical data and competitive research to identify insights and optimizations.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring proper allocation and tracking with media vendors.
- Collaborate with the buying team to guarantee zero-error execution and handle budget adjustments as needed.
- Oversee invoicing and reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation, invoicing/billing, and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platform.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a planning role.
- Experience working at a Media Agency preferable.
- Knowledge along with a passion for digital.
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in developing and implementing analysis and reporting strategies
- Project management; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines
- Experience with new / emerging media, a plus
- Result-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape.
- Understands business principles and good practice.
