2. High Complexity Testing Personnel (HCTP) License OR Trainee License issued by the WV Department of Health

1. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).

1. Three (3) months of medical laboratory technician experience.
