Plans, directs, supervises, and monitors the activities of the nursing staff to achieve optimum patient care by meeting established goals and objectives. Provides feedback to the Office Manager. Provides direct patient care when appropriate.

1. Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Licensed Practical Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

2. BLS.

1. ACLS certification.

1. Five (5) years of nursing experience in a community practice setting.

1. Two to Five (2-5) years of supervisory experience.

1. Must have the ability to perform concentrated and complex mental activity with frequent involvement in complex situations.

2. Must have the ability to work successfully under highly stressful conditions, and must be capable of adapting to varying workloads and work assignments.

3. Must have the ability to make sound, independent judgments based on scientific principles, and also be able to collaborate with other multi-disciplinary team members in an appropriate fashion.

4. Must have the ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.

5. Must have effective reading and comprehension skills.

6. Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.

7. Must have math skills to enable calculation of drug dosages.

8. Must be able to work all shifts.

9. Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
