Financial Analyst - Provider Compensation - SMG (HYBRID)

Leads, coordinates, and supports provider compensation and revenue cycle analysis for assigned support group. The position will provide analytical support for the development and measurement of production, compensation, and operational targets and models, and the coordination of the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of provider compensation plans. This role will monitor and analyze provider revenue cycle indicators, identifying opportunities for improved performance. This position will work closely with the Regional Administrators, Hospital and Physician Leadership, to ensure productivity/compensation are being reported and paid to providers accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure accurate budgeting and strong monitoring of financial results to maximize efficiency and identify opportunities for margin enhancement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or other related area

1. CPA certification

2. Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

1. Three (3) years of accounting/finance related experience

1. Experience in Healthcare preferred.
