Functions as the primary clinical administrative leader for the medical practice. Assists with supporting the financial, administrative and operational management within one clinical department. Translates the objectives, plans and procedures into effective actions to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

2. Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

3. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

4. State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.

1. Three (3) years of experience in a health care setting.

1. Three (3) years of experience in a health care setting in a high volume academic environment.

2. Two (2) years of healthcare management/supervisory experience.
