2. Must be able to delegate tasks to PTAs.

3. Must demonstrate time management skills.

4. Must be able to problem solve in an effective manner.

5. Must show an interest in physical therapy continuing education.

6. Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.

7. Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with safety policies and procedures.

8. Demonstrates knowledge of compliance of Federal, State, and Local regulations/laws.
