2. Currently licensed in the field of related education.
EXPERIENCE:
1. 8 years management experience addressing quality issues
2. 5 years’ experience developing, leading, and educating hospital wide quality initiatives
3. 5 years’ experience in trend analysis, benchmarking, statistical operations, and process improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Recent and relevant clinical background in acute care setting
2. Experience in the use of utilization management systems, including database management systems and spreadsheet analysis
3. Experience in teaching hospital or prior quality improvement role
Responsibilities

2. Must respond to emergent situations in a calm, professional manner.
3. Must possess effective verbal and/or written communication skills including use of keyboards and computer technology.
4. Must possess strong analytical and soft listening skills
5. Must respond to changes in work volume/nature daily
6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including word, power point and excel.
7. Available as needed on off hours
8. Experience with Epic and Viziant preferred.
9. Effective relationship building skills along with skills to navigate transformational change
