Overview We are seeking DC Operations Shift Technicians to join our team and support day-to-day data center operations.

→ Perform daily data centre operations including ticket management, infrastructure monitoring, and remote hands support.
→ Troubleshoot and manage incidents, escalating issues to internal teams or vendors when required.
→ Conduct periodic health checks and report anomalies in DC facilities, IT, and network systems.
→ Support equipment setup and relocation, including rack/stack, intra-rack cabling, power cycling, and related activities.
→ Escort and supervise vendors, contractors, and customers during visits, deliveries, and installations.
→ Execute planned and ad-hoc maintenance activities in compliance with SOPs/MOPs.
→ Document operational activities, update SOPs/EOPs, and ensure accurate shift handover reporting.
→ Participate in competency tests, audits, and operational reviews.
→ Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE requirements, and company code of conduct.

Minimum ITE or Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
1–2 years of working experience in a Data Centre environment.
Familiarity with ticketing tools, monitoring systems, and incident escalation processes.
Hands-on experience in cabling, power cycling, hot swap, tape management, and basic server/network troubleshooting.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work on 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night) and be on standby as required.
