Talent Sourcing Agent based in JB 4 months contract

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Sourcing Agent to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 4-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent to meet our clients’ hiring needs.

In today’s competitive job market, your expertise in proactive sourcing and candidate relationship building will be key to ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting our company’s ongoing recruitment success.

• Education: Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role (experience in agency or RPO environments is an advantage).

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Digital Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging and relevant content across platforms.

• Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities; adaptable to changing priorities.

• Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Information Technology and digital tools to support sourcing activities.

• → Talent Consulting: Act as a frontline Talent Consultant by engaging with potential candidates in real-time across various social and professional platforms.

• → Tools & Platforms Management: Utilize a combination of enterprise tools and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to identify and engage potential talent.

• → Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to gather insights and resources from internal teams to respond effectively to community discussions.

• → Market Insights: Channel candidate and market feedback into actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and organizational processes.
