Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring payroll and employee records are updated accordingly.
- Maintain and update employee records and internal databases.
- Prepare, review, and revise HR documentation, including employment agreements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters such as benefits, leave policies, and entitlements.
- Handle the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
- Develop training and onboarding materials to enhance the employee experience.
- Address and resolve payroll-related concerns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee internal administrative arrangements, including travel coordination and expense processing.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Administrator, including payroll management.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR or a related field.
Experience working in the FX industry is a plus.
Experience working with BambooHR or any other HRIS is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel functionalities such as data validation techniques.
