We are looking for a NetSuite ERP Engineer who is an exceptionally strong operator, technically adept, and a collaborative partner ready to take full ownership of our enterprise NetSuite OneWorld environment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across NetSuite administration, development, and integrations, thrives on process optimization and day-to-day delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and is excited to build, maintain, and continuously improve a world-class financial systems platform. Your success will be defined by your ability to ensure system reliability and streamline financial operations, enabling Finance and Accounting leadership to focus on strategic business initiatives. You are comfortable working across multiple time zones and collaborating with global teams, and you bring strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.   • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing NetSuite ERP (OneWorld).

  • Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes.

  • Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld environments.

  • Understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency financial operations.

  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

  • Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics tools.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams in a flexible and adaptable manner.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex systems issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics Workbooks and SuiteQL.

  • Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow for supporting integrations and automation.

  • Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce or other enterprise applications.

  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and global financial reporting requirements.

  • Experience supporting SaaS or multinational organizations.

  • NetSuite or Oracle Cloud certifications.
