• →Plan and execute courier acquisition strategies to meet daily and peak demand targets
• →Monitor courier supply metrics (active couriers, churn, utilization, onboarding funnel)
• →Coach, motivate, and performance-manage the supply team in the field
• →Lead and manage the on-ground supply acquisition team responsible for courier recruitment
• →Oversee end-to-end courier onboarding, including document verification and activation
• →Ensure adequate courier availability across assigned zones and shifts
• →Coordinate closely with operations, fleet, and training teams
• →Identify supply gaps, attrition risks, and implement retention initiatives
• →Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• →Prepare regular reports on supply performance and acquisition results

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• +5 years of experience in Supply acquisition, field operations, or supply management
• Proven experience leading on-ground or field teams
• Strong understanding of last-mile logistics or delivery operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs
