→Nurtures children through purposeful activities dedicated to building relationships with each child.
→Supervise children in the Child Watch classroom, game room and all activities appropriately.
→Follows all procedures and standards for maintaining a safe environment.
→Makes ongoing observations of the children and has the ability to maneuver from one location to another quickly and easily
→Cultivates positive relationships and maintains effective communication with parents
→Maintains program site and equipment in an orderly manner
→Maintains required program records
→Ability to plan, lead and participate in activities
