Be part of the larger community picture - build lasting relationships with staff and members, promote health and safety in fitness programming to support total wellness.

• →Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction; provides adaptations based on individual needs.
• →Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests. Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment.
• →Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members.
• →Works well independently and on a team.
• →Ensures the safety of all members and guests.
• →Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible. Teaching is available in all 3 locations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Instructor certification or the desire to obtain certification-we will train you for certification.
