Requirements
~1 min read- Possess or obtain within the indicated time frame the following certifications and keep all certifications current:
- Current Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Must be 15 year of age or older
- Ability to demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with members, staff and supervisors
- Have an outgoing, friendly approach that will lead and motivate members
- Ability to maintain a level of physical and mental readiness at all times.
