As an HR Generalist (m/f/x), you will be part of our HR team, which takes care of all personnel-related matters for our employees and is the first point of contact for HR questions from specialists and managers. Our internationally active company, with a total of 6 locations in several European countries, operates in a dynamic industry environment. In the position of HR Generalist (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in generalist HR work, employee and executive support, and HR operations, thereby actively contributing to the further growth of the company.

  • You will work closely with our specialists and managers and support them in all personnel-related matters - from hiring to termination.
  • You will accompany the entire recruiting process for selected positions: from the job posting to the interview to the offer.
  • You will take on tasks in personnel administration, including contract creation, maintenance of personnel master data, creation of certificates, and general administrative activities.
  • You will provide the necessary HR data for preparatory payroll accounting and ensure high data quality.
  • You will support our European locations in HR matters and ensure smooth coordination across national borders.
  • You will participate in HR projects (e.g., process optimization, system adjustments, cross-location initiatives) and contribute your ideas to the further development of our HR processes.
  • You will represent an experienced HR generalist in the team and take over their areas of responsibility as needed.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in human resources and would like to apply this experience in a generalist HR role.
  • You have experience in operational recruiting, HR administration, and working with payroll—ideally across multiple locations.
  • You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even when dealing with many parallel issues, and set high quality standards for your work.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality, implement things pragmatically, and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • You approach people openly, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and feel comfortable in an international environment.
  • You enjoy working independently and as part of a team, share information transparently, and coordinate closely with your colleagues.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills; you are confident in using MS Office / Microsoft 365 and common HR systems.
