Safeguarding Manager (Yorkshire Cricket Foundation) - 14 month fixed term maternity cover

The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation is looking for an experienced and committed Safeguarding Manager to take the lead on safeguarding across all cricket activities we deliver and support.

This is a key leadership role within the Safe & Fair Cricket team, focused on protecting the welfare of children and other vulnerable groups, while embedding a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion and respect throughout the cricket community in Yorkshire.

As Safeguarding Manager, you’ll act as the single point of contact for all safeguarding concerns, leading on case management and investigations, liaising with both statutory agencies and the Cricket Regulator. You’ll ensure that learning is embedded across the cricket community in Yorkshire by playing a key role in training, policy development and proactive education that helps to foster a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved in cricket, supporting the game’s ambition of being the most inclusive sport.
