Lead the ideation and execution of campaigns, ensuring delivery of top-tier creative outputs

Stay attuned to pop culture, digital trends and the broader zeitgeist to ensure content remains fresh and relevant

Creatively involve in end-to-end coordination and execution with third party like director, producer and vendors

Conduct brainstorming sessions with campaign and strategy team, maintaining creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives

Guide and upskill junior creatives, fostering a culture of learning and creative excellence

Translate marketing requirements into clear design outputs and collaborate with developers for execution.

Work closely with Marketing, Product, HR/People teams, and Tech to define briefs and convert them into impactful designs.
