• →Collaborate with our international teams in Manila, Philippines and Sydney, Australia. Your role transcends borders and cultures!
• →Work closely with THE ICONIC's Sydney based Buying and Design teams to get the inside scoop on upcoming trends and collaborate on tasks and priorities.
• →Audit all information received from vendors and buyers, to meet our high standards. Process with accuracy, THE ICONIC’s products and orders, to ensure all products are showcased to our customers, with the highest standards. 
• →Swiftly and accurately process buying administration tasks, including product and order raising, reporting on incoming orders, communicating with factories and brands.
• →Adapt as the role evolves, show initiative and the ability to meet the changing needs of the Buying team.
• →Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively.
• →Collaborate with colleagues at ZALORA and THE ICONIC, fostering a culture of unity and excellence.
• →Be open to additional responsibilities, because your journey with us is full of exciting twists and turns.

• →You're ready to work in the greater Metro Manila area one day a week, specifically around the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX)
