Quality Control (QC) Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring website catalog content meets the quality standards and guidelines set by eProduction. The role is accountable for reviewing and approving catalog content before it goes live on the website, ensuring that product images, descriptions, categorization, and attributes are accurate and meet the required standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure every catalog detail—from product images and categorization to content, grammar, and spelling—meets the quality standards specified in the e-Production guidelines.
• Act as the final stage of Quality Control by completing multiple checks on product category, images, content accuracy, product attributes, grammar, and spelling before approving products to go live on the website.
• Conduct post-quality checks on the live website to identify and address any errors.
• Escalate quality concerns, recurring errors, or discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily productivity and turnaround-time targets.
• Follow established workflows, quality guidelines, and process updates.
• Use AI language translation tools effectively to support translation review, content validation, and language-quality checks while ensuring the final output is accurate, natural, and aligned with brand and e-Production guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated adeptness in using AI-powered language translation tools to support multilingual content review and quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors in product information, images, categorization, grammar, spelling, and translations.
