Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales by identifying prospective clients, understanding their real estate investment needs, conducting site visits, and successfully closing deals. The role requires building long-term client relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving monthly sales targets.

• → Generate leads through company-provided inquiries, referrals, networking, and personal prospecting.
• → Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• → Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial property projects.
• → Conduct client presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.
• → Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• → Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms to facilitate successful deal closures.
• → Ensure timely follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• → Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• → Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
