Accounting Senior

Zampa Partners, a business advisory firm is seeking to recruit an Accounting Senior to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Accounting services, liaising with clients and handling various requests in a timely manner.

• Supervision and coaching of junior accountants, including review of their deliverables.
• Responsible for planning of deliverables of client portfolio, can work on own initiative, prioritise own work and meet deadlines.
• Report to management with portfolio updates and assist in monitoring team economics.
• Preparation of accountancy files for audit and liaising with client auditors.
• Preparation of management accounts in accordance with relevant accounting frameworks.
• Assistance with presenting management accounts to clients.
• Preparation and submission of clients’ VAT Returns and Recap Declarations.

Education, Skillsets and Requirements:

• Candidates must be fully qualified accountants.
• Candidates must have a minimum of three years of local work experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with payroll processes will be considered an asset.
• Foundational knowledge of VAT regulations is required.
• Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams is essential.
• Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is required.
• Applicants must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
