→Provide the priority services to VIP Customers by different channels in Premium Service Centre.
→Be the dedicated site visit ambassador for agents and customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience during their visits.
→Coordinate with both internal teams and external providers on permits application, hotels accommodation booking, and transportation arrangements for customer.
→Organize all relationship building customer activities/events with internal and external stakeholders.
→Assist in providing quality services and financial solutions to customers and satisfy their needs.
→Support all rounded center administrative and maintenance functions.

Requirements

Degree holder in Business, Banking & Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 year of Client Relations, Administrative experience gained from Banking, Financial service industry is preferred
Self-motivated, independent and client-focused
Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
