• Proactive ownership of issues across software, hardware, and networks

• →Provide second-line application support, investigating and resolving technical issues
• →Troubleshoot and identify defects across applications, data, and processes
• →Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and applications
• →Support product and technical teams in testing and release activities
• →Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base and business continuity documentation
• →Manage and monitor servers to ensure system availability and performance
• →Monitor system performance and resolve data or configuration issues as needed
• →Evaluate user feedback and recommend system enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of ISO27001 standards
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills

• Deep understanding of how applications and subsystems interact
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes from ambiguous problems

• Experience with cloud-based environments and migrations
