- Proactive ownership of issues across software, hardware, and networks
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide second-line application support, investigating and resolving technical issues
- →Troubleshoot and identify defects across applications, data, and processes
- →Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and applications
- →Support product and technical teams in testing and release activities
- →Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base and business continuity documentation
- →Manage and monitor servers to ensure system availability and performance
- →Monitor system performance and resolve data or configuration issues as needed
- →Evaluate user feedback and recommend system enhancements
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of ISO27001 standards
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of how applications and subsystems interact
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes from ambiguous problems
- Experience with cloud-based environments and migrations
