• →Manage the day-to-day accounting functions and accounting staff.
• →Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports.
• →Monitor financial performance and create budgets and forecasts.
• →Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
• →Implement controls to safeguard company financial health.
• →Ensure financial information is accurate, reliable, and used to support informed decision-making.

• Experience in a financial control role with responsibility for monthly or quarterly reporting.
• Knowledge of the relevant accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
• The ability to understand business context and contribute to strategic planning.
• Able and willing to work from our HQ in Milpitas CA.
• FP&A experience would be a substantial plus.
