1.  Device Setup and Management:

• →Work with Windows-based desktops/laptops that come with a base image loaded.
• →Conduct an inventory of software/applications installed on each machine.
• →Review and document existing printer mappings.

2.  Device Replacement and Peripheral Connection:

• →Replace old computer devices with new ones.
• →Connect peripherals such as document scanners, webcams, and signature pads. (Customer will provide documentation for verification of peripherals).

3. Software and Printer Installation:

• →Ensure the new machine is connected to the network.
• →Use SCCM to load any required applications (with customer-provided documentation for installation and configuration).
• →Map printers on the new machine.

4. Issue Resolution and Escalation:

• →Promptly escalate any issues to the onsite lead technician.

5. Asset Management:

• →Return the old devices to the asset cage.
• →Coordinate with a lead technician at each location.

What you will bring to the team: 

• Familiarity with SCCM and Windows-based systems for deployment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Windows based systems for deployment.
• Ability to learn systems and technologies.
