• →Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (SysPro) related issues reported by end users.
• →Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, interfaces, and extensions for the existing systems.
• →Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements.
• →Provide support and maintenance for the ERP system and related integrated applications.
• →Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancements.
• →Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• →Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• →Assist in managing and implementing updates and upgrades.
• →Interface with different departments within the company.
• →Promote, support, and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures.  

What you will bring to the team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-6 years experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment (SysPro)
• Experience working with EDI systems and partners.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Ecosystem
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
