• →Provide day‑to‑day onsite AV support for corporate conference rooms and executive meeting spaces
• →Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio‑visual systems for meetings, presentations, and hybrid collaboration sessions
• →Support video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
• →Configure, operate, and troubleshoot AV control systems such as Crestron and Extron
• →Deliver white‑glove AV support for executives and high‑visibility meetings
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for AV incidents during meetings and events
• →Proactively identify and resolve AV issues to minimize downtime
• →Partner with IT, facilities, and workplace services teams to ensure consistent AV performance
• →Document room configurations, known issues, and resolution steps
• →Provide limited after‑hours or on‑call support as required for critical meetings
• →Fully onsite corporate office environment
• →High interaction with executives and business leaders
• →Occasional after‑hours support for critical meetings or events
• →Moderate lifting of AV equipment as needed
