System Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our R&D team and play a key role in designing and delivering customized solutions for our customers. This position combines technical system design with cross-functional collaboration, particularly during the presales phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system engineering and architecture design for customer-specific solutions
• Collaborate with Sales and partners during the presales phase to ensure successful deal execution
• Analyze customer requirements and identify critical design challenges
• Investigate and resolve complex system-level issues
• Work closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams to refine and optimize product designs
• Contribute as an active and collaborative member of the engineering team

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (required)
• 2–5 years of experience in system engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
