Love creating great design and want the opportunity to influence how a growing brand shows up across every customer touchpoint?

As our Designer, you’ll work across Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Commercial to create high-quality visual experiences and make sure everything we produce feels consistent, considered and unmistakably Zuto.

You’ll also help evolve our design system and use AI-powered tools to move faster, reduce repetitive work and spend more time creating brilliant work.

What you'll be doing

• Creating high-quality visual design across digital products, campaigns, partnerships and customer communications.

• Building and evolving Zuto’s design system, including reusable components, templates and assets.

• Making sure our brand feels consistent across every customer touchpoint.

• Using AI tools to accelerate production, generate assets and explore creative ideas.

• Finding smarter ways to help teams deliver great design quickly without compromising quality.

• Working closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Commercial teams.

• Helping shape and strengthen Zuto’s wider design culture as we grow.

We’re looking for a versatile Designer with strong creative skills, commercial awareness and a real eye for detail.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience across digital and visual design.

• Strong visual design skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Experience building, maintaining or working with design systems.

• A strong understanding of branding and visual communication.

• Confidence working across different teams and projects.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High personal standards and genuine pride in the quality of your work.

• A proactive mindset and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.

We’re looking for someone who is already comfortable using AI as part of their creative process.

Whether it’s exploring concepts, generating assets, creating content or speeding up production, you’ll use AI to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on high-value creative work.
