UX Product Designer

Want to create digital experiences that genuinely make things easier for customers?

As our UX Product Designer, you’ll join Zuto’s Growth team and turn customer problems and commercial opportunities into experiences we can test, learn from and improve — quickly.

This is a role for someone who combines great UX thinking with experimentation, customer insight and AI. You’ll take ideas from concept to prototype in days rather than weeks and help shape how we design products at Zuto.

What you'll be doing

• Turning ideas into high-quality prototypes quickly, taking concepts to customer feedback in days, not weeks.

• Creating customer journeys, wireframes, flows and prototypes that are simple and intuitive.

• Using customer insight and behavioural data to understand problems and identify opportunities.

• Working with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Data to design and test new experiences.

• Using AI every day to accelerate ideation, prototyping and experimentation.

• Building and evolving our AI-enabled design system to help us move faster and stay consistent.

• Using experimentation and customer feedback to continuously improve the Zuto experience.

You’ll be a curious, commercially minded designer who loves moving quickly, testing ideas and seeing the impact of your work.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience designing digital products and customer experiences.

• Strong UX and interaction design skills.

• The ability to move quickly from idea → prototype → customer feedback.

• Experience working with and evolving scalable design systems.

• Confidence using customer insight and data to make design decisions.

• Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, CRO and Data.

• A high-ownership mindset and willingness to challenge existing thinking.

• Genuine curiosity about emerging technology and how it can improve customer experiences.

We’re not looking for someone who is simply interested in AI. We want someone who is already using it within their design process.

You’ll use AI to explore more ideas, prototype faster, reduce manual work and help us shorten the journey from idea to customer learning.
