我们正在深圳招聘一名消费电子 NPI 与采购经理，负责把新产品从工程样机推进到可稳定量产。这个岗位连接设计、工程、供应商和工厂，重点是试产节奏、BOM 成本、物料齐套、质量和交付。 工作职责 • 制定 EVT、DVT、PVT 和量产爬坡的采购及物料计划。 • 管理 BOM 报价、成本目标、长交期物料、替代料和采购风险。 • 跟进模具、样品、试产、工程变更和量产问题闭环。 • 与工程和供应商审查 DFM、质量标准、测试要求与交期。 • 建立 NPI 看板，清楚呈现成本、进度、缺料和关键风险。 任职要求 • 常驻深圳，3 年以上消费电子 NPI、项目采购或供应链项目经验。 • 熟悉 EVT/DVT
