We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & AI.

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering scalable OutSystems applications. You will provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture, and remain hands-on in development while working closely with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

→Lead teams of low-code developers in architecting and implementing large scale OutSystems applications
→Expected to be hands-on and develop key components of web and mobile applications development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption
→Investigate and resolve issues and perform end-to-end investigation and fixes
→Be able to manage customers, hold solution discussions and communicate effectively
→Understand technology areas beyond application development to propose robust solutions (e.g. hardware, network, integrating to third party software)

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in application development and 3 years in technical lead role
Proficient in .NET or Java, and database modelling and SQL
Proficient in front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS
Experience in OutSystems Platform will be a strong advantage
Willing to pick up new technologies quickly and independently
Good team player, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
