Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Reset and prepare tables with precision and speed
- →Maintain pristine dining room environment at all times
- →Assist servers with beverage refills, bread service, and guest requests
- →Polish glassware & silver to luxury standards
- →Ensure smooth transitions through each stage of service
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in upscale dining environment a plus
- Graceful, professional movement in the dining room
- Commitment to cleanliness and proactive support
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs (bus tubs, linens, chairs, etc.)
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable moving quickly and quietly in a luxury dining environment
