VEX Robotics Instructor - Summer Camp

Education Unlimited® provides academic summer camps & pre-college summer programs for students entering grades 4-12. Our summer programs include public speaking camps, college admissions prep programs, science camps, summer acting camp, writing camps, computer camp, leadership camp, video production camp, and college tours.

Course Description: 

VEX Robotics Camp Instructor 

Available sessions: Instructors may be hired for one session or for multiple sessions of this program. Please indicate your availability on your application. 

• Week of July 5 @ UC Berkeley - Middle School Robotics 
• Week of July 19 @ Stanford - High School Robotics Robotics 
• Week of July 26 @ Stanford - Middle School Robotics Robotics 
• Week of August 2 @ Stanford - Middle School Robotics Robotics 
• Two-Week HS Competition Intensive - Weeks of July 19 and July 26 

Education Unlimited seeks energetic and experienced VEX V5 Robotics instructors for our fun, activity-based summer programs.

Instructors are usually year-round science teachers, are studying science at the graduate level, or have some other significant teaching/mentoring experience in the area of VEX V5 Robotics. 

• →Must reside in the United States - California candidates prioritized
• →2+ years experience teaching VEX V5 Robotics or significant subject matter knowledge.
• →Experience working with middle or high school-age students in an academic setting.
• →Preference is given to those with significant instructional/competitive experience.
• →Preference is given to those with advanced degrees.
• →A passion for robotics education.
• →A calm and professional demeanor.
• →Self-motivation and follow-through.
• →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
