Transportation Construction Inspector/Supervisor, Altoona, PA

• Applicants should have good verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, the ability to read and understand technical documents, and the ability to work well in public and/or team environments.

• Must be willing to work outdoors and be physically able to do fieldwork.

• Applicants must be willing to travel to various construction sites located in and around the Central Pennsylvania region.

• Prior experience in the highway and/or bridge construction industry. PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike highway and bridge construction inspection is preferred.

• Additional certifications in ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician, NECEPT Bituminous Field Technician, NECEPT Concrete Field Technician, and NICET in Highway Construction Inspection are helpful and will determine the inspector's project classifications.
