Responsibilities

Contact mineral owners across the U.S. to present lease offers (full training provided)

Build rapport and trust through calm, clear, and professional conversation
→
Answer questions, handle objections, and explain lease fundamentals in easy-to-understand language
→
Maintain a daily outreach list and document call notes, follow-ups, and signed leases
→
Collaborate with our Land Operations team to process completed documents and track deal progress

Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and conversational
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, outbound calling, or a related role
Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload while meeting performance targets
Proficient in basic tech tools: email, spreadsheets, document management
Strong listening skills and accurate note-taking ability

Requirements
