RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN

Full-time · $24–$34 per hour base, plus monthly bonus

ABOUT US
Knee's Electrical Service is a third-generation, family-owned electrical company based in Marion, Indiana. We have served homeowners here since 1971, and today we cover Marion, Muncie, Kokomo and Warsaw. We specialize in residential electrical service and repair, and we are an authorized Generac standby generator dealer.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We run install crews every day and we are adding to them. This is residential work — panel and service upgrades, whole-home rewires, standby generator installations, and the larger jobs.
You will lead a crew or work toward leading one. We promote from inside and we pay for apprenticeship schooling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Install residential electrical work from a sold job package — panels, services, rewires, generators
Lead a crew or work alongside one
Work from the job details and photos the sales technician provides
Keep the customer informed and the job site clean

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Two years of residential electrical experience. You have done panel and service work and you can run a job.
Pride in the finished product.
Dependability.
Ability to learn and adapt. Our systems and our processes change as we grow.
A clean driving record, a background check and a drug screen.

PAY AND BENEFITS
$28–$34 per hour base, based on experience
Monthly bonus — with it, our install electricians are running $28 to $39 an hour 
Paid weekly, every Friday, by direct deposit

Paid apprenticeship schooling
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM start · on-call rotation
Home every night — no travel or out-of-town work
